GENERAL TERMS

• No Refunds due to the nature of the service
• Family friendly sellers only, if it can't be viewed by a childs eyes we can not provide our services.
• We reserve the right to refuse service based on our own judgment.
• Easy Boutique Builder assumes no responsibility for claims of any type from use of our products or services.
• All material provided by Easy Boutique Builder are presented with the belief they are in functioning order. However, EBB will not guarantee functionality of any part of the system.
• The customer agrees to hold EBB harmless in liability, expense, claims, fees and loss or damage. In no way will EBB be held liable for any use of the catalog by the user or other third parties.
• Easy Boutique Builder Credit Link MUST remain intact at all times.
  
• You may change your domain name up to 3 months after initial purchase for a fee of $40. After that time your license is locked to your domain name.
• A $55 fee will be charged for re-installation of site builder should files become altered or deleted.
• EBB will not be held responsible for any file deletion or modifications made on the user or third parties behalf. Additional fees may be charged to re-install any changes, including small modifications. Prices will vary due to the nature of the modification and are charged on a case by case basis.
• If you change hosts from Host Gator you are responsible for transferring the files and making sure the system is working. We do not offer support for carts on servers other then Host Gator.
