There are many forms of payment you can accept. The most common are PayPal, Authorize.net and money orders. Your payments are not limited to just these, find a complete list of payment processors here at Mals.

Can I work on my new site via a temporary address until I am ready to go live? TOP

You bet! We will gladly set your Easy Boutique Builder up on a temporary address. Please notify us at purchase so the license can be purchased appropriately.

Can I have more then one web site template? TOP

Yes! That is one of the nicest features of the Easy Boutique Builder. You can have an unlimited number of templates uploaded to your site. To change them you simply click the template link in your store admin. Choose the template you would like to use from the drop down list and click apply. You can change templates with ease at anytime. A great way to achieve a new look for different seasons or even your mood.

I do not know html, will I be able to run a site using your system? TOP

The Easy Boutique Builder is one of the easiest options available. You do not need to know html to manager your site. The site builder uses fill in the blank forms for entry of your products, pages and images.

What must I have to purchase your website builder? TOP

1. Purchase the Domain Name: I use and recommend www.GoDaddy.com . Purchasing your domain ensures you always have control of it. Do NOT use them for hosting, the boutique builder will not run correctly on their servers. Click here to purchase a domain name. 
2. Setup Web Hosting: At this time we are only working with Host Gator. Not only do I send all of my customers there I have hosted a dedicated server with them for years! Do you setup the site builder and Mals account upon purchase? TOP

Yes! We want to make it as easy as possible for you. We install both the Easy Boutique Builder and setup your Mals account. Both services are included in your purchase from us.

I do not plan to sell items or services, can I still use your website builder? TOP

Yes! Get creative. You can elect not to use the catalog at all or you can use it as a gallery or portfolio. I have even seen it used to organize affiliate links.

What are the costs after the initial purchase? TOP

After your initial purchase you will own your system, you owe EBB nothing further.

There are a few exceptions to this:

• If their is an optional EBB upgrade, new release of the system (small fee determined when updates are available) Please note security patches and updates are always free
• Modifications you would like completed (hourly rate)
• Your system is deleted or "broken" ($35 fee)
• Your system needs to be re-installed ($35 fee)

Who is responsible for adding content and products to my web site? TOP

I wish I had the time to maintain and add your products but I don't. You are responsible for adding all of the content and products to your site or hiring an individual to provide this service for you. If you would like a recommendation of persons who offer this service please contact me.

I already have a web host, can the site builder be installed on my current site? TOP

I am sorry, at this time we are only working with Host Gator. I realize there are many comparable services. I am not comfortable installing the EBB on these sites due to the many variations in servers. We are also very satisfied with Host Gator customer support and have elected to only install on their servers at this time.

My computer guru says their server is identical to Host Gator. Will you install? TOP
